Free Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available for orders over £50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote locations.

International Orders

For customers outside the UK:

  • All applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We recommend choosing tracked shipping for valuable items like Crossbow Bolts or Hybrid Bows

Returns & Exchanges

Our 15-day return policy ensures your archery equipment fits as perfectly as an arrow to its string. Whether you need to exchange Back Quivers for Bow Quivers or return a Full Size Crossbow that doesn’t suit your draw, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made items (including special-order Hybrid Bows)
  • Aluminium arrows cut to specific lengths
  • Fletchings and Crossbow Strings that have been removed from their original packaging
