Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items, whether it’s a Full Size Crossbow that doesn’t suit your draw or Plastic Vanes that aren’t quite the right colour. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a perfect bullseye.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your archery equipment:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, especially for fragile items like Crossbow Sights & Scopes

  5. Notify Us – Email us your tracking information

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, Fletchings and Crossbow Strings that have been removed from packaging cannot be returned
  • Custom-made items (including special-order Hybrid Bows or Aluminium arrows cut to specific lengths) are final sale
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchange Process

Need a different size Quiver Belt or prefer Bow Quivers over Back Quivers? Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating you’d like an exchange. We’ll process this once we receive your original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Crossbow Cases arrived damaged or you received Horse Bows instead of Pistol Crossbows, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding certain Asian regions), please note:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for valuable items like Crossbow Bolts or Quiver Pouches
